Investment
Wedding collections, portrait sessions and commercial day rates, with what each one includes and how booking works.
Wedding collections begin at $3,800. Portrait sessions begin at $600, and most families spend between $800 and $1,200 once prints and albums are included. Commercial work is priced by the half day or full day. Everything below is a starting point; if you need something that is not listed, ask and we will build it together.
Wedding collections
All three collections include an engagement session, a second pass over the timeline with you before the day, an online gallery of edited high-resolution images with a print release, and travel anywhere in East Tennessee.
- Gathered: up to 8 hours of coverage, a 10x10 lay-flat album, and a $200 print and product credit. $3,800.
- Cherished: up to 9 hours of coverage, a second photographer, an 11x11 album, and a $300 print and product credit. $4,600.
- Heirloom: up to 12 hours of coverage, a second photographer, a 12x12 album in a keepsake box, a guest book made from your engagement session, and a $500 print and product credit. $6,200.
Intimate weddings and elopements with fewer than thirty guests can be covered in four to six hours and start at $2,200. Custom collections, additional hours and rehearsal dinner coverage are available on request.
Portrait sessions
- Family, senior and maternity session: up to two hours on location of your choice, an online gallery of edited high-resolution files with a print release, six months of online proofing, and a $100 print credit. $600.
- Individual portrait or headshot session: up to one hour on location, edited high-resolution files with a usage release. $350.
I do not offer mini-sessions. Every family gets the full session, the full gallery and my full attention.
Commercial photography
Half-day bookings of up to four hours start at $900 and full days at $1,600, each including an edited gallery sized for web and print and a standard business usage license. Extended licensing for third-party or national use is quoted per project. Details on what a commercial shoot involves are on the commercial page.
Booking and payment
A signed agreement and a retainer of thirty percent hold your date. The balance for weddings is due thirty days before the wedding and can be split into monthly payments at no extra cost. Portrait sessions are paid in full at booking. I accept cards, bank transfers and checks. Popular dates, especially October weekends in the mountains, are often spoken for a year ahead, so once you have a date, the contact page explains how to ask about availability.
